New Jersey Flower Garden Show - Edison, NJ

Marlene and I ventured out for a day of "spring like" flowers at the flower show in Edison this Saturday (3/16). It was a beautiful day for a drive down to Edison to look at all the beautiful displays of flowers reminding us that Spring will soon be here. Training for the Triathlon - Swimming

Valentines Day

I hope everyone had a great Valentine Day . I was given a great dinner and couldn't ask for better company than Allison and Paul Witkowski, along with Harley, Lucy, Smokey, Max, Ceasar and the other flock of birds. Birth of a new addition

I am now the proud "grandmother" of a new baby parakeet! I had 4 babies born about 4 months ago and now my female, who laid another 4 eggs, just hatched one this morning. The baby can barely hold its head up but is quite amazing to see them that small. Three more eggs will hopefully be hatching within the next few weeks. It is quite amazing to see them form into grown parakeets and to watch what colors they are. So far I have white and blue babies from the first hatch and we will see what colors… Continue
